This guy is ridiculously talented, anyone that has seen him knows how unbelivable he is. Hands are super quick, granted all he is right now is a talent, but he really could easily be a world champ at Super Feather. Just a slight step up against someone half decent please? 23 Fights but he is clearly far more talented than the likes of Wilder and doesn't need to be wrapped in cotton wool.

The guy he fought last night had 11 losses and hasn't won for 5 years so yea that's pretty poor

I know he did injure his hand at the beginning of the year but even so he has been matched very softly for someone of his ability

As you said he pretty much has it all but for some reason isn't being matched, isn't he with Haymon? Pretty much sums it up doesn't it.

His biggest achievement looks like challenging Wilder for how much utter dross can one 'up and coming' fighter take on in his career before stepping up.

It looked like his last fight was against a durable opponent who wouldn't trouble him too much, but would take him the distance. May not be a bad strategy after a hand injury to test it properly in those conditions. Let's hope he steps up soon, as the division doesn't seem to be awashed with names, so he must in with a chance of getting a title shot somewhere along the line.
