Sorry but that wasnt even my point. Was just replying to someone suggesting that scarlets should have won. To be honest I wasnt even expecting Racing to make a result there but they showed some guts despite trailing by 13 points and playing at 13 vs 16
Besides budget is only one part of the ressouces available to a team. Racing is just a local club whereas scarlets is a region who has access to players from many different clubs.

Disappointing to finish with a draw. The pack were gutsy today. Racing were living offside - come on ref can't you see!?! Poor reffing again, but not biased. Scarlets ultimately drew because of Priestland's mistakes - two fluffed penalties and an intercept that ultimately led to a try.

Good game tho ... really enjoyed

Racing has a budget to rival Toulon, Scarlets are skint and use out of age grade local lads.

There's a surprise. I quickly analyse the thread to find FatTrevsBigMac once again latching onto the team playing against the Welsh. Guess you were still hurting from the Cardiff win after you had put so much effort into dry-humping the TV set when Johnny's Toulon were on screen.

Do agree he's not a good ref at all. I squirm when he's in charge of a Dragons game or a game on tv.
