Best Wrestling Game of all time?

out of all the wrestling games they have made both WWE , TNA etc , which has been your favourite game?

mine is Smackdown - Here Comes the pain or Smackdown - Shut your Mouth.

id probably have to agree with you regarding Here Comes the Pain.

SYM was my favourite.  Longest career mode, decent stories aswell as re-telling others.  HCTP was great aswell.  I remember how stoked I was you could get them to bleed.

Heres something I was wondering about the games, finally got a place to ask it.  Any reason why they wrestlers in game can still bleed like a stuck pig but they're not allowed to do it on  TV?  Why shield the audience from in on TV but let them do it to their hearts content when they get home?  Just a pet peeve of mine.

Age rating on the game is more than the age rating of the TV show.
TV is always the most strict in terms of what is allowed, games are arguably the least strict.
It is turned off automatically and you have to go into the menus to turn it on.

Well I would say wwf attitude was good, but alot of my mates found it too complicated to do the moves.
One of my all times favourites has to be wcw/nwo revenge on the n64 this was the first one where more than 2 people could play. Such a good laugh having a 40 man rumble with a big group of you. Also tons of playable characters

It's true. Like all sports games.

Not exactly an actual wrestling game, but a spin off. I used to love WWE Crush Hour! Driving round, blowing up everything and everyone was fun.

No Mercy is a classic. I still played it for years after it came out.

The first Smackdown game. Still play it now.

Smackdown Shut you're mouth was my favorite.

The only thing that let No Mercy down was the Save wiping Bug that would happen every so often.

For some reason mine was the only copy I know of that didn't have the save bug. Everyone one of my mates took there's back and got a refund.
