O'Neill new ROI manager, with Roy Keane.

Will be interesting to see how these 2 get on with the job, and each other.

MON did a decent job with us(villa).

Will Keane be able to keep his mouth shut when he needs to.
Not a fan of his, but he may kick the a55 of players when needed.

As i say, will be intersesting to see how this progresses.

O'Neill for the arm round the shoulder, Keane to smash the dressing room up. I imagine the minimum expectation wil be to qualify for (the newly expanded) Euro 2016 and go from there.

Martin O Neil is a good appointment, Roy Keane on the other hand well 

The training pitches and quality of hotel will be beyond questioning with Roy involved in the management of these things.

O'Neill can take average players and make them play beyond their abilities and gets a team to play at more than the sum of their parts.  He should be well suited to getting the Irish players to play beyond their potential.

But we are coming from a terrible place right now and I don't know how long it will take to get the current crop of players out of the durge that has been drilled into them tactically and pyschologically.

Well he has come at the right time - the euro is going up to 24 spots. So he has an easier qualifrying route than normal..

Top manager. But to be honest I CANNOT UNDERSTAND the Keane appointment.

I do believe he is best served as a no . 2 though. It could work under O'Neills instruction.

But I just have this feeling he will still freak out and do something insane

I've done a bit of a u turn and am quite excited with both MON & Keane.

Looking forward to seeing what players will be given a chance.
