This will be accepted/rejected by Sodhat/Olly/Me after 24 hours in order to give other managers a chance of counter bidding. Managers can only make 1 bid at a time (until it is accepted or you are outbid) and managers can only make 4 signings every 30 days. Generally world class players cost 30m+; Top quality 25m+; good players 20m+; most backup and others will be between 10m and 20m. This will happen on a foreign transfers page

Draft: There will be 4 rounds of drafting. The first two will occur in a snake like format according to the finishing records in league (worst record picks first etc). Then after the first set of Foreigns are coming to a close (3 days after they open or when everyone runs out of money) another two round draft with the same order will occur.
