Remaining budget + 25m for player drafts (max of 10 players allowed to be brought in each to have a max TM value of 10m). Players from English Premier League, Spanish La Liga and German Bundesliga are NOT allowed to be picked.

Then another 25m for the star player draft for a player worth a max of 20m on TM, any player upto this value is allowed

I've not ignored you Fan, but its a question for the runners so I've left it to them. Don't think that its about cliques or anything. I deliberately leave questions like yours to the people who should answer them.

I spent 115m on Fernabache does that mean I have 10m left for bids and 25m for star player? 

An we can't bid for players from Premier League, La Liga and Bundesliga? An the money remaining goes into out budget? What's the highest value we can bid on a star player?

Theoretically I could bid £100m on my star player, but I'd have to be crazy or Azzy to do something like that.

I mean what's the most the star player can be worth TM value wise?

I haven't been following it religiously so this isn't 100% but I got the gist that star players were max £20m TM value, no max bid, depends on your remaining budget. And star player can include Prem/bundesliga or la liga players.

I think Afro is right about the max £20m TM Value.

Before everyone forgets for the first two weeks of the league deals with GSC, Bianconeri, Olly, CF must be within 20% of the TM value.

GSC/Olly & CF are not new Viva so you can **** off with that idea this year.

You aren't allowed players from the PL Bund or La Liga in the standard draft I thought

I think it is probably difficult to answer sorry. It will be entirely dependant upon when managers get their bids in, and there was no deadline set, so who knows when that would be.

I'm sure someone who isn't managing would take a PM on second draft bids and star player bids. I would offer, but I'm not 100% sure to be about myself

they can be from any league, that was the only part of the draft i was sure about before today

I can speak to Tranq about it if that ok Tranq
