I know, simple matter was I had to get down to 30 and I've got the following all in the same role:

Klaasen, Hazard, Maher, Piazon, Halilovic, Schone, De Jong, Duarte.
He'd probably have been ahead of the likes of Schone & Duarte but they're worth more to sell currently.

Players currently at any club outside of the Premier League, La Liga and Bundesliga are allowed. Liverpool reserves (lets be open here Whistle

) are in the U21 league, so yes.

No under 21 players as not in a separate league

Barcelona B and RM Castilla are fine as they play in a separate league outside of la liga

You can buy players released from clubs now, seen as pre-season 1 as players never officially in the league

And they are in a different league. The U21 Premier League. But they have to be listed in the U21 squad and not in the first team squad is how I would police it.

If we say its done by who's in TMs reserve squad then how often does TM update reserve teams. Could have someone called up for City still listed in the reserves.

If you're banning Manchester City Reserves then you should also ban Barcelona B and Real Madrid Castilla. Seeing as anyone can be promoted to the first team in the Spanish examples too. U21 Premier League is a different league to the English Premier League.

Any players who play for a "B" side who are part of a division outside of the top league are able to be purchased (e.g. Barce B, Madrid Castilla)

Any players in a "reserve" or "Under 21" side that is part of the premiership/bundesliga/la liga (e.g. Manchester City Reserves, Bayern Munich Under 21s) are not able to be purchased

Any players in a reserve/under 21 side that is already in the league are fair game as they are outside of the league
