Froch vs. Groves II: Wembley ticket sales predictions

How big will this fight be? I can't see it reaching 65,000+ personally. Will be astonished if it does!

Less than 50K or binoculars won't be good enough.

Some young lads will probably go for the pi$$ up and won't be that bothered where they end up sitting.

Depends on ticket prices. If Hearn does the sensible thing and price the gods at £10 then I can see it being higher than you do ATG. Will be the "I was there" mentality like the 2005 ashes where 50000 people turned up for the 5th day of a test (edgebaston when they won by 2 runs? Can't remember)

Apparently Froch was on Talk sport this morning moaning that Nottingham is 4 hours from Wembley and that it is a home fight for Groves.

i'd heard 80,000 was going to be the capacity limit for this event. i can see it beating haye vs chisora, if anybody knows the numbers from that fight.

I went to that fight. Soon as it started raining everyone ran for a seat in the deserted stands. Was probably around 30k capacity.
