Has CM Punk left wwe?

I know this has probably been done loads of times but was wondering if CM Punk has left the WWE and if so where do he go now?

Does he got yo ROH where he came from when WWE came calling or does he go to TNA which i think is below him he is too good for them?

What's your thoughts?

He's still contracted to WWE, and is until July. After that he'll have his 90 Day no-compete clause to sit through before he goes anywhere. Personally I can't see him headed to either TNA or ROH. There's talk of him trying his hand at MMA, but in all honesty, I'd fancy my chances against him in an unscripted one on one, so I'd imagine that'll go nowhere too.

My guess is he'll do a Batista. He'll try his hand at acting and MMA, both will flounder so he'll return in 4 years to take someone's spot at Wrestlemania. Sweet irony.
