Hamburg, Stuttgart, Norwich, Eintracht Frankfurt, Hoffenheim, Ajax, Anderlecht, PSV, West Brom and Fulham seem in a window of about 10m.

I would go even lower than that. Give each team more dross...

Tbh with you TSJ, in its current guise, with no advanced search on TM, random squads seems particularly challenging.

TM has become rubbish with the changes there. Let's go with the simple option - lower value teams - and move on from there.

Everyone should vote, it's the fairest way and only take 30 mins off your time per week.

Voting is what people moaned about constantly, and is what fewest people actually bothered with. It needs to be as simple as possible.

3 people voting is more objective, but it will be a darn sight easier to generate the fixtures and vote rota if only one person is not playing

What Afro said in fairness

I love the plan of building teams ourselves.

I like the rotating voting system but I feel that we should have feedback as one of the most important parts of it because in my opinion that is the best part of the results and especially if we are improving our squads week in and week out, this will guide us to building our squads.
