I'm not exactly a "drop out" like you said. In fact, I may be speaking on my own behalf here but on LSTD's League (until I left JA) I was probably one of the most committed members at the time and one isn't right to disagree with that there. I've also become "less" of a troublemaker if that makes sense, the only person that had a problem with me on here was Fan, but it seems he isn't here so hopefully, fingers-crossed, I'm free to join and get involved with a new league with you guys?

Thanks Olly Hopefully no bums up this time, although that may not totally be down to me, we'll have to see. I'll take any team going but won't be on until at least half 3 apart from weekends, sometimes it might be 6, depends on my workload.

In this league, with these people, I can guarantee at some stage someone is going to have a bum up. It'll probably be Viva.

Sadly, I would be willing to do that, but I'd have to start it this afternoon instead of this morning.

Another suggestion would be everyone starts with a set amount (say £150m or something). Every 2 days, I stick up 20 players and their TM values. It's then up to the managers to make bids for these players with the highest winning after 2 days. After that, I stick another 20 up. Or something.

I'm happy for TSJ to do that

I think that's too complex for my tiny brain.

If you want to bodge together random teams though, I'm happy for that format.

I'd rather take a rubbish team and build them up. Otherwise this is essentially a draft, and with players we'll want to keep ahold of.

I think we are trying to avoid something along those lines as managers will have the players they want.

If you are happy to do random squads though, that could be option 4 and would get my vote

I had a dream last night that Oxlade was out for the tournament and replaced in the squad by Cleverley. England got to the final and he came off the bench in extra time, the game went to penalties. Cleverley stepped up to score the winning penalty in the shootout.
