Smart time to do it arguably. Golden Boy seem in turmoil, King and Arum are getting no younger and so could potentially exploit the confusion to carve a place. Big ask though, promoting over here appears positively civil in comparison to the States.

He makes an interesting observation about American promotors not creating a home supporting fanbase that turns into ticket selling support. Fighters getting big tv money, but no ticket sales.

Eddie couldn't change that, that would take people on the ground properly promoting upcoming fights in the locality, the states are too big for Eddie to tackle that aspect. He'd be happy to slot in and take a piece of the tv money though.
