You HAVE to instruct Kramer to initiate an impromptu game of rock, paper, scissors with his opponent. And stipulate that whoever wins gets a free-kick on the edge of the box. Then make him swot up on rps tactics before the game so he's fully prepared for battle.

Mitryushykin isn't good enough, I would buy a keeper immediately. Remy's a good striker but for me he needs support from better attacking midfielders. I like your CM/CBs.

I appreciate the feedback, but if you don't mind me asking, on what basis isn't he good enough?

On what basis is he good enough? Two appearances in the Russian league, he's like 12. I'd get a keeper who is first choice at any decent club.

He's 18

But I accept the feedback. Maybe swap my first and second choice keepers over and play Jourdren who is at least first choice for Montpellier.

It does at least show he's a half decent keeper, but nevertheless, it wants upgrading.

I would definitely play him against Genk. He will really have a point to prove to Trebs now, so get him to take all free kicks and corners. I sense a keeper hat trick in the offing

I don't really see the need to be honest. It was more than solid enough defensively before, and now you sacrifice a striker for another CB. Also I don't rate Welbeck wide. Offers little else but running hard for the team out there.

I would say the same as I said to Viva when he looked at 3 at the back. You need to have 2 out of the 3 as being mobile and quick. Dier would be one, but neither Caldirola or Barzagli are particularly known for the mobility or pace. They are both readers of the game and enjoy having quick players alongside them IRL.

Fletcher needs to be sold/dropped/released now. Your main source of attack will be from out wide, Welbeck has to play centrally like,  Elia IMO is not good enough. Pick a system and stick to it basing your players around it.

Possibly not as harshly put as Viva, but I would definitely look to partner Toulalan with somebody a bit more attack minded.

I have a new partner for CM in mind from TPs, but there's two players I want to get first. Would people rate Diaz over Fletcher?

I think you need to fix your cm issue first my boy, if he wants to play two defensive minded players that's fine but he'll need to improve on the wingers hugely as that's where most his attacks will come from. The Welbeck money should have been used on a proper winger. 

Which Diaz is this the Basel one? If yes then I'd definitely play him ahead of Fletcher.

I think all three of your midfielders are similar, need to make sure you get the tactics right. Still not a fan of your wide players.

Going to be honest Trebs, I'm not feeling the direction you're taking the side in, some of your signings have been head scratchers for me. Getting Welbeck in when you'd already got Ibra was like buying a BigMac when you've got a Kobe fillet steak already on the table. Lampard however cheap nowadays is obviously a bit part for City and looked badly off the pace at the weekend, Quaresma, even if he stormed it back at Porto I don't think will ever have a decent rep in these games. Sorry but I think you've taken the team the wrong way with your last few buys.

I'd agree in regards to Pirlo/Clasie, whilst I obviously sold Clasie to you I did wonder why with you already having the Master and I'd have looked more at a cleaner upper or b2b to assist him. I like both your wide players though they both need to show their initial promise wasn't a flash in the pan.

Id have to agree with Hero and it's rare i do that. I like the front 2 but Welbeck behind Ibra is rather odd personally i think it's 4-4-2 or wont work. Personally id have bought an AM Your wingers probably going to be a love-hate relationship for most voters. some might like others not so much (e.g Olly)

Well Welbeck would be like a free role behind ibra, working the channels etc rather than playing as an AM.

To be fair I didn't see Lampard play at the weekend, but I just saw he was cheap so went for it. Quaresma deserves ratings IMO. Lampard not sure.

I'm not sure theres a vast difference between Fletcher and Lampard. Neither should really be more than a backup now. I kinda like it with a LB that wants to roam forward, not sure its as strong relative to the competition as your side last year mind. Ibras the only x-factor imo (but what an x-factor)

I have to agree with Hero and Nando, you're signings don't make sense to me if I'm honest I can't see the reasoning behind them or the project you're building. Play Welbeck as a CF or don't play him at all, I can't see him working in a free role position and telling him to work the wings mean he'll be stepping on the wingers shoes.

Quaresma was awesome on Championship Manager 01/02. You could get him for a few hundred thousand.

I want two players in midfield to dictate play, so maybe 4-2-3-1 is a better option for me.

It's a good side all round.

Could do with a standout player to raise it a bit imo

Much better Miky back 4 needs a tweak but other then that you have a good base of a team

GSC when you say standout player, do you mean like a £20m+ player?

Doesn't have to be 20m. Just a name people recognize with uber quality.

I have Alonso, Hero has Rojo , GSC has Sturridge, Trebs has Ibra etc.
