Are you allowed to kick and stamp on someone's ankle and not get sent off now days?

If you kicked and stamped on an opposition players ankle there is a strong possibility that you will get sent off, but if its one of your own players probably not.

Law 10.4 deals with dangerous play/misconduct, subsections (b) and (c) of that law deals with kicks and stomping.
