WWE seem to have treated it as a non-story.  I don't really see this affecting his professional career.

Maybe more interesting is the Darren Young twitter post (that got pulled) about WWE going to Abu Dhabi and the attitude to homosexuals in that country.

WWE also fully supports Fred Rosser’s right to express his views on personal social media accounts rather than WWE’s corporate platforms."

I would rather see big corporations like WWE, FIFA and the Olympics boycott these types of countries with their ass backwards attitudes towards things like race and sexuality.

I agree whole-heartedly with Samo.

WWE will claim it is a business and it makes business decisions. But at the same time with it giving itself a high profile of causes like Special Olympics, it wants us to think they are a corporation with a soul. To me, it can't win all ways up here it either chases all the money it can because that is what a business does, or it has some form of social conscience and conducts its business accordingly.

The press release quoted above is interesting. Wouldn't Darren Young have got paid for the tour. WWE pretty much says, they didn't send him on the tour because of his sexuality. So, isn't that a form of discrimination?

Not if they claim its for his own safety. Its not a case of 'You cant do this because you're gay' but more like 'You shouldnt do this because you're gay'.

Vince will capitalise on this and have Rollins win his next match with a small package.
