Well it happens. Often that has been Andy's failing in these match-ups. Largely, always comes down to who plays the crunch points better.

This will go down as a worse loss and missed opportunity than 2013. At least Novak wasn't the favourite and 2-0 up in that year.

One thing now is that Andy can already take so much from this match going forward into the grass court season.

Djokovic will most likely give the break back. The break was won purely on opponent errors. 5 points - 5 errors. Finest exhibition of attrition tennis I have seen in years. The 5:53 AO comes to mind.

Agree LF - very attritional from both. High drama but not the most exciting tennis as far as I am concerned. Makes me remember why I skipped their AO final.
