England win Euro 2016... Based on previous results

Ok, yes, you've heard it before... Two years ago exactly when the same thing predicted England would in the World Cup... Anyway here goes again.

Here is the World cup based on the previous result of each match. I did the same for Euro 2012 and had Spain winning the tournament (albeit against the Czech Republic in the final and had Republic of Ireland and Germany in the semi finals).

- Scores are based on the last meeting of each team match up. I have used 90 minutes for the group games if the previous result had gone into extra time. So for instance the last France v Romania game was a 0-0 draw.
