DVD is really good. Every time I step up a level I think I'm going to kill myself. How do the exercises work on the plan? Do they send videos or just guides? I need Joe to cheer me along - I'm a sucker for a long haired Essex pretty boy

I haven't stepped up to weights yet. Still just losing weight and toning at the moment.

I've not tried my fitness in any other context so don't know what it's done for me there? I just assumed I would be able to run for 40 seconds and then have to stop for 20

My pal was doing a triathalon the other day and he said the boy in front of him dived into the pull, smashed the first length doing front crawl, full pro style tumble turn yhen proceeded do to the most leisurely breast stroke for the next 15 lengths. Can only assume he hasnt fully tested his fitness.

Month 1- do a 25 minue hiit session. 4-5 days a week
Month 2 - 8 min hiit session, 10 sets of 45 sec weights twice - 4 times a week
Monthe 3 - let you know soon but it involves pyramid weights so working ip then down the weights.

What are you doing, Demon? Book and DVD?

Cool. I'm still on stage 1 equivalent to you then because I'm doing 25 minute HIITs 5 times a week

Yeah Beer - books and DVD. And sometimes his YouTube videos if I fancy something a bit different.

Can you pick them up from any retail outlet?

He has a YouTube channel where there's loads of videos, only issue is his voice.

Putting together some plans for podcasts and am trying to start with a pre-Mania podcast next Wednesday

Hopefully this will be the first of many but let me know if you're interested in taking part next week or at least being part of a group of people who appear from time to time - Generally the topic will concentrate on wrestling but will also have other content like TV/Films, gaming etc

Any nerdy stuff sign me up for (gaming, Superhero shizz etc)
