Mohammed Amir is in trouble with the ICC after breaking his cricket ban by playing for a Surrey village team.

What are peoples thoughts on this?

Personally, it's daft on his part, being such a high profile player, he's bound to be found out.

What the hell is he doing in Surrey anyway?
Surely the club knew he wasnt eligable as well.

the village club, thought cos it was a friendly, and on a private ground, then he was able to play

Village idiots!

Happened to a Tigers rugby player a few years ago ( Rabeni I think) who was banned for gouging at the time and played in a non IRB chairty game, he had his ban extnded as a result.

His ban will likely be extended by the ICC now. Amir's a talented bowler too,just makes stupid decisions which have cost him.
