And regardless of whether Falcao or Bakambu is better, I would guess that it freeing up £2m cash to help pay for Callejon was part of Nando's decision making

Yeah I think the same actually. I wonder if I didn't have Vardy if Nando would have gone for him instead of Falcao (both 13.5m)

Falcao is tarnished by his time at United and Chelsea, but in reality that was a minimal number of games during a period where he was rehabilitating from a major injury whilst still trying to play at the very top ahead of a world cup.

He's not the same player now as he was when in the Premier League. He's much nearer the Atletico player.

Assigning goalscorers is really pointless though, and always has been IMO
