In the European Championships, games are played over two 20-minute halves with a 5-minute half time. The pitch size is 70m x 50m.

There are six players on the field at any time, with up to eight rolling substitutes available.

If you can stop the opposition from getting in a diving distance of the try line, you can pretty much prevent tries being conceded!

During summer, we play Touch every Thursday evening and Sunday afternoon. But the only competition is who gets to the beer first. We are probably champions of the world.
