As you might've seen in the news today, Tiger has split from long-time girlfriend Erica Herman. Ms. Herman has been in court attempting to nullify a non-disclosure agreement she signed when she started dating Woods in 2017. Herman is arguing that such NDAs dont apply when there is sexual abuse involved. Specific details are yet to emerge, but it sounds worrying for Woods.

This latest news, tampon-gate a few weeks ago, and Woods' infamous cheating scandals of the past seem to beg the question... is Tiger a positive role model for our children?

Considering Herman apparently “majored in legal studies” at the University of Central Florida, either she didn’t remember what she had learned before she signed the NDA or was blinded by the $$$. Doesn’t sound the brightest so maybe they deserved each other.

I'm not actually sure I give two hoots on this, but re. the highlighted text, above, I presume it's not enough to allege sexual abuse in order to void a legally watertight NDA? Presumably, it would require some sort of conviction on those grounds?

Re. Woods himself, I'm kind of w/ S_R here. Nothing about him suggests he's the full 6-pack. Either that, or his wealth makes him simply think he's able to do whatever he likes - wouldn't be the first on that score.
