Back in the doghouse

Pierre the poodle apparently isn't allowed to follow his master to this year's Wimbledon. Is this the cause of the stress that resulted in Djokovic losing it and trashing his racket?

Now I'm a big dog lover and can only imagine the separation anxiety caused by his pet poodle being home alone. Someone get onto the RSPCA and get this pooch back where he belongs and by his master's side.

Failing that he can plead his case when Wimbledon try to impose that draconian fine. A case of extenuating circumstances methinks.

Shouldn´t worry Nole has made friends with a squirrel since he has been in London... Im sure he could smuggle him on court if need be.

Kind of difficult to hug a squirrel I would have thought.

Mind you if it's a designer poodle it's not a "real" dog anyway. Give me something more wolf related any day of the week.

Isn't there some law about dogs having to have had rabies
injections before they're allowed into the UK ?

I think Pierre has a very nice and comfortable life swanning around the salons of their residual home in Monaco with his plush, velvet cushion in toe.

And in a stand up dog fight ... my money would be on Maggie May any day of the week.

I take it Maggie May must be Murray's pooch. Border terrier isn't it? Feisty and liable to bite you around the ankles. Come to think of it sounds a little like its owner.

Really can't believe Novak owns a poodle, definetly take any tarrier over a poodle any day in a fight.
