Now I know these 2 have promised mummy that they would never fight each other. BUT if they did which Brother would win? Who is the Hardest Brother?

Wlad the better boxer, Vitali the better fighter.

Wlad has good skills and a lot of power. Vitali has less good skills but a lot of power and a chin. Its the chin factor that's important here - when Vitali throws and lands clean on Wlad - you can't help thinking its lights-out.

Wlad for me. Vit is too slow and ponderous. Irrespective of the chin aspect, Wlad has an ultra boring style designed to protect his chin. Therefore Vit will not land. Haye could land on Wlad due to his speed but his punches bounces off Vit.

Probably true. He'd run from Vit and engage Wlad in a war. But one pucnh from either of them on haye and its goodnight Vienna.
