Picking up on a certain post on BBC 606, I'd like to put forth this particular book over strength conditioning and training, "Science and Practice of Strength Triaining", that I've been translating recently and is signed by two experts in the field in Dr Zatsiorsky and Dr Kraemer. Don't know what the throwers would think of it...

EDIT from Hobo (moderator)- sorry to edit the post but we are trying to keep images away from the site for two reasons:

1. copyright
2. it makes the site less appealing for people at work who will become wary of the site due to it being less discreet.

I have left the link for people to click though.

Hopefully you understand.

Cheers mate!

That was for me. Got a shot putt analysis video to do & need literate references.

Held out hope for some kind of reply!

That book has already been distributed to coaches on the National Coach Development Programme, in the heavy throws, over the past year. It's in English and is available on Amazon UK...

Try asking England Athletics National Coach Mentor for the Heavy Throws, Malcom Fenton. His e-mail address should be on the England website.

Thanks Ammerchewer, that's good to know! By the way, I've been translating it from English to Greek for a certain hammer coach.
