Title Character limit? Empty Title Character limit?

Any way we can take the lower limit off? It is just annoying that one has to have minimum 10 characters: for example in a cricket thread I might just want to make a thread called 'KP' or something like that. There should be, in my opinion, no limit at all, but if that is not an option, or not thought suitable, then at least no lower limit.
