DRAFT TWO - COMPLETE

After Rowley/Blogs/Fool predictably quit again and following a quiet period in the game, I have done another little draft, just to spice it
up a bit for the end of the season.

Same rules as before, picks in reverse league table order, but only 1 player each this time.

Rules:
- All of the players listed below are available at zero cost
- Any existing Loans and/or Injuries remain valid
- Each team must pick 1 player
- The order of picks is seen as below
- Picks will be completed in order, the next pick will not continue until the previous manager has confirmed his draft signing

Any remaining unpicked players are released back to foreigns and can be
signed through the usual protocol via Pooly's foreign page
