I think Juventus and Liverpool should stay in probably.

It depends on thoughts on Liverpool's new signings. None of them are used in this league really, but i feel Enrique is a very good left back and Downing is a good player. Henderson and Adam would probs be OK backup players for teams?

Lyon have a few rated players, Tottenham should be in, especially if Modric stays. Malaga are another option as are Schalke, Dortmund....

Malaga only really have Toulalan and Demichelis who are rated.
Dortmund have a couple, but none that are actually played in these leagues.
Schalke similar level to Dortmund - only really Huntelaar and then Metzelder.

Obviously not to sure on peoples rating here yet but would get Dortmund and Spurs invoved in the league. Both classy sides with some top players in there

Malaga have Cazorla too and Mathijsen and RVN....

Possibly more than Lyon IMO although Lyon's overall squad may be better.

I think Lyon + spurs should be added possible dortmund + psg + porto or malaga aswell

I would say cut it to 10 teams. We're scrambling about for 12 managers as it is, and 12 sides. I think a strong league of 10, with a potential waiting list is better.

I'll be here of course.

I say keep the maybe's and swap the 2 outs with the two potential in's. Simple as!

I will pick up activity soon. I've had a job working 8 till 5 for the past 7 weeks. Only reason why I've been a bit inactive.

Problem with cutting it down is it gets a bit easy with only 10 teams. The more teams them the harder it is to build a top side each set.

Personally id take out Juventus and Replace with Porto otherwise it's perfect tbh

I would have made a case for Porto but with the loss of Falcao I'd say Juventus was a better choice

it depends who porto replace him for me and if they keep hold of the left back.

i do feel there are better options the juventus though tbh including porto + dortmund (german champs)

Luke, would you be interested in using the same format but starting with just the starting 11 and having a higher budget? Will leave more players in foreigns and allow managers to put their own slant on sides.

There are 2 reasons I don't think we will get Parker. Our boards (now more than ever) hate each other's guts. And Levy loves a player with sell on value.

Good point Luke, but the later the deadline gets the less Parker's value is. Apparently Sullivan is desperate for him to leave, which is strange.

If Redkanpp had his way we would be signing Parker, J.Cole, Sol Campbell and Emile Heskey.

Neither do we. Especially given the location.

Will Mancini keep going with Tevez though when its obvious he doesnt want to be there? Dzeko has been very impressive so far and offers a different perspective to their attack

Be interesting to see how Uefa do these finacial fair play rules. City's annual amortisation is massive!! And no way is the sponsorship deal with Eitiad (spelling??) a true and fair value. If Uefa are serious can see City missing a season or two of european football to sort themselves out
