The last division and probably the trickiest, will repeat that the results wont be posted until I have at least 15 votes in each division so if you want to see how we as a forum have voted then post your lists if you haven't already.

A difficult one to finish with, I'd have to agree.

1) Jimmy Wilde 2) Pancho Villa 3) Pascual Perez 4) Frankie Genaro 5) Fidel LaBarba 6) Miguel Canto 7) Ricardo Lopez 8) Benny Lynch 9) Santos Laciar 10) Jimmy Barry 11) Sot Chitalada 12) Pone Kingpetch 13) Peter Kane 14) Midget Wolgast 15) Pongsaklek Wonjongkam

I'd love to have included Rinty Monaghan, who just fell short short, as did Harada, Calderon and a variety of light-flyweights. Laciar, by the way, is a guy that I shall be putting up for 606 Hall of Fame membership, alongside Curry and Hamed, in our final week of examining the modern greats towards the end of October.

Didn't notice that the Flyweight thread had been set up, yet. Here we go.

Difficult to know where to place Barry as there was no Flyweight division in his day of course, but the body of his work below what we now know as Bantamweight is enough for inclusion here. The inclusion of some lower divisions mean that some quality names such as Arbachakov, Kane, Harada and Montana have to miss out.

Interesting to see you leave out Segura and Calderon but including Wonjongkam. I found space for all 3. Is Wonjongkam in for longevity?

It was down to Calderon's best work coming lower than the 'proper' Flyweight division I suppose, Kev. Wonjongkam is a 112 lb man through and through. Could easily have changed it around, as is usually the way with these lists!

Their a nightmare these lists I change my order every day. Now Segura is fighting at flyweight I'm hoping to see him and Wonjongkam next year although with Wonjongkam seemingly unwilling to come to America and Segura saying he won't fight him in his back yard it probably won't happen which sadly is becoming a recurring theme nowadays.
