I thought he would go to Wigan as assistant the Wane .

I did read that in the papers the other day , i just thought with Lams Wigan connections he would of in with a shout . Head Coach at Castleford is obviously a better option for him anyway .

Apparantley Lams wife did not want to move to England which stopped him going any further with discussions.
