This is a poor game so far I have to say.

We were all expecting this,it's what's happens when two defensive teams meet each other. My dad was saying earlier on in the week that it would be like watching Italian football in the eighties where you got a goal or played for the draw from the start.

Disappointing performance from the Dubs so far. So many wides....very frustrating to watch. Donegal haven't been amazing either. The dubs have to come up with something soon....

Barry Cahill should have gone for that,a total cheap shot. Surprise,surprise Dublin get away with it,the GAA really love them. Donegal actually have decent players and their scores from play have been well constructed.

Also,Dublin players seem to be lacking a bit of smarts. When you can't go through the middle,you go along the wings. It isn't rocket science!

It was definitely a stupid foul Thom, but to be honest I don't know enough about the rules to understand what constitutes a red or a yellow in GAA so I'll have to plead some ignorance. The referees in GAA seem to be a rule unto themselves as well. I don't always know when a player is milking things a bit or not in some incidents...I'm not suggesting that's what happened here by the way, but some of them do carry on a bit sometimes.

An elbow into the face is a red card in pretty much everything except Mixed Martial Arts or UFC!

Ah well, I didn't see it that closely on my stream. I saw him barge into the side of him....that's the disadvantage of watching it online.
