I know that Lewis, Leonard and Armstrong each lost his first fight. Haven't a clue about Ortiz, but I'll plump for that as an answer, anyway.

Johnson (1890's - 1930's) and Mamby(1960's - 2000's) are both correct, although neither of them are the ones I was after. I guess there must be 4 then. At least.
