You only have two players that would improve my side and that is Chiellini and Buffon.

Fair enough. You should really be looking to use Chiellini to get two or three player to perhaps weaken your defence, but overall improve your side.

For Chiellini, you could easily get a good CB and a good CM.

But as you say, it is up to you.

Well Capdevila would probably become your first choice with Grosso as the back-up.

Why not keep De Ceglie as your back-up? I would actually be considering him starting ahead of Grosso as De Ceglie is a better player. Juve tried to release Grosso last season as De Ceglie was ahead of him. Grosso refused to leave (!) and got back in the team because of injuries to both De Ceglie and Salihamidzic.

De Ceglie is still coming back from his injury, but I would expect him to be ahead of Grosso before too long

De Ceglie is an attacking LB, he's not a CB at all. He can also play LW.

And he is a better LB than Grosso IMO.
