You totally miss the point though! I am not saying Kalou is a replacement for Arteta. I am saying that you need a CF (and a better winger actually) and I need a CM.
You have a lot of CM and I doubt Arteta gets in your side. That is why I would swap them so you get what you need and I get what I need.

And Kalou defo > Arteta. I am only selling him because I have the wingers and CF's I need.

That's why I made such a good offer. Yobo and Demichelis are very solid CB's, and with Otamendi you'd be left with 3 very good CB's. Demichelis can also play as a DM. Pablo Aimar is still a very talented AM, Kenneth Zohore is a great U21 striker (playing for FC Copenhagen in real life) and £6M cash to sweeten the deal. You wouldn't lose out by letting them two go.

What do you need for Arteta? You have a lot of midfielders and not a lot of strikers.

What I meant was if you traded Rodriguez for Yobo, you could release Yobo and get more money than you'd get for Rodriguez. Because I could use Rodriguez in my South American defence.
