Heather Watson v Lucie Hradecka - Monterrey 2nd Qualifying match

Heather won her first round match against Catalina Castano last night in the tightest of fashions. But the young Brit showed her determination to win the second set tie-break to level the match an take the third set against her experienced opponent. Ok Castano isn't a great hard-court player, but match wins is what counts and Heather has already gained quite a few this year. Lucie Hradecka will be a difficult opponent for Watson later today. The Czech girl has a powerful game suited to hardcourts and her serve can win her many cheap points. She can dominte mathes. However Hradecka can also make a lot of mistakes and this is what Watson needs to capitalise on. The 18 year old needs to attack Hradecka's second serves and try and keep ballls deep, move the Czech girl around the court and prevent her from dominating. This would be a great win for Watson if she can do. Lets hope so!
