Shame, I would have preferred Mertesacker!! Plus Vertonghen is a very good header of the ball

terms of the loan - loan fee up front (Mertesacker I'd pay £4m, Koscielny £1.5m). If both Vertonghen and Vermaelen get injured, you can recall for that weeks game. After that the player returns to me the following week.
