All good players are over rated means poeple give them ratings higher then thier actual ability, just the same as Messi and Ronaldo are overated don't mean they bad players.

An if I'm 100% honest Ramsey is better then any of our CM, Carrick, FLetcher, Anderson, Cleverly. It's a shame that he joined Arsenal over us.
