I don't agree with the international rules at the moment, but you can't blame England for trying to exploit them to their advantage.
In my opinion you should only be allowed to play for a country if you were born in that country, of have lived in that country for at least 10 years, and once you have represented any country at senior level you should be allowed to switch.

By trying to get all these Australian born players to commit to England are we saying that the talent over here isn't good enough ?
