Marler was excellent for Quins at 1, MOTM in the match.

I would have mamuka gorgodze in the backrow somewhere, he was immense, for me the performace of the round (but I will confess to only seeing 4 games this WE)

Chris Ashton or Doug Howlett would have been fair shouts for the 14 jersey.

Quick bit of revision there.

What happened to the HC roadshow on RTE, it was handy.

I second this. He is a beast. Even put Sean O'Brien on his bum at one stage.
Not sure Cronin deserves the shout at 2. Granted he did well when he came on and scored a good try, but he only played the last 20 mins. I reckon Strauss was more deserving (including a huge hit on Godzilla at one stage), or another 2 from elsewhere.

Howlett for 14. Back to his best.

Dodger, its gone to TG4

I haven't seen enough games to really comment. Only the Saints v Munster game. From a Northampton point of few: Foden, Ashton, Hartley, Wood and Hartley all impressed me. For Munster - O'Connell, O'Mahony, Coughlan and Howlett were the better players.

I see john Smit scored a try on his debut run for Saracens.

It seems there is still something left in the old warhorse.

For the drop goal alone ROG has to be in this team.

He did what Jones didnt do in the WC. Had to balls to step back into the pocket.

Duncan Weir at 10. Brilliant and MOM against a decent Bath side.

I'll put in a shout for Ross Ford at 2 - as captain for the day, he led Edinburgh by example

If we can just ignore the first 20 mins, I'd agree entirely! OK

I'd switch Gorgodze for Wood, and Howlett for Cuthbert.

I didn't see the Ospreys game but Sexton and ROG are surely also in with a shout at 10.

By the way Owen Farrell gets all the headlines in regards to the Saracens-Treviso game but there were at least 3 players who played better.

Good game for him but unofficial MOM was James Short - no 11. He was immense.

Roberts at 12??? Really?

He played for 16minutes and im fairly sure he didnt touch the ball.

Warburton had a good game, or James/Cuthbert/Czeckaj, or even Dan Parks.

Ford was excellent for Edinburgh on Saturday.

Godzilla should be there.
So too should Rory Best and Howlett I think.

B.James should not. What a bottler, goodness gracious!
