In the past some 606 devotees, Redrage and (I think) Maverick to the fore, have participated in the yahoo sports PGA Tour fantasy game.

This in no way will be as good as Ned's 606v2 Fantasy Game and is merely set up as a way for interested parties to engage with the PGA Tour.

I think this might be better than the 606v2 game as I get bored of having to pick for events like the south east Budapest mixed texas scramble (28 handicap limit).

Well, the good thing about the PGA Tour game is that all the admin is done for us.
The bad thing is the lack of variety and personal touch.
I enjoy both and am very grateful to goldwolf and Ned for all their labours. Hope it can somehow continue.

You're getting some points under Sutter, Canadiens look terrible under Cunneyworth. Haven't been to a game yet and not inclined to spend an arm and a leg to watch the rubbish they're dishing out. Only good news is their annual "Holidays" two week road trip is coming to an end.

I played last year, but missed the first couple of weeks, so was never in any contention overall (not that I would have been anyway.)

I'm in again as 'Nerd Rage'.

Ok joined - Although I would like to see the one on here continue, seem to do pretty well in this one!!!

Yep. My L.A. Kings were very fortunate indeed to land coach Darryl Sutter. They still haven't figured out the offense yet but the defense has raised its level tenfold during the past 2 weeks he's been at the helm. Can't say what your Les Habs are going to do to get their skates out of the slushy ice. Did read that the team had a spirited workout on Monday with gloves and sticks flying everywhere. But there's still hope as the half way point of the season is just upon us. Time for you guys to get revenge on the hot Jets tonight.

Just went to change them now, and turns out all my bench players missed the cut as well! 0/4 from Cat B through to the 3rd round....

They're off in Hawaii, with Zach Johnson, Vijay, Cink, Noh, Webb Simpson and Overton all in the first six groups, not what they planned.

Chance of a shower at Waialae but mostly sunny, 80's and breezy.

Just 11 shots covering the field and still wouldn't be surprised to see someone come out of the pack with a low round to give Every, Maggert and the rest something to think about.

Anyone wanting to make any changes for Round 4 of the "Humana" might want to do it before Round 3 concludes.
Timing today will be very tricky and I for one have a big decision to make!

Checked my picks before that last post just to make double sure I hadn't... turned out my Cat C pick and one of my Cat B picks had WD in the two hours since I'd picked them. Helpful.

Shocking tactical decisions by me last week. Made my weekend changes as they were completing their Rounds 2 and assumed Els had made the cut - forgot to switch him w/Davis. Then binned Donald for Kuchar for Sunday's round.

Kuchar looks out of gas to me, can't understand for the life of me why he's in this week's field. I avoided him, but Cat A slim pickings indeed.

Davis was one of WDs today, having served me well last week and at Bay Hill. Any idea why he's pulled out Kwini?

Apparently Dustin Johnson has withdrawn from next week's Ballantine's. Would still imagine he'd try and play Quail Hollow, even if by doing so he jeopardised participation in The Players.

Two weeks in a row I've managed to blow a winning position at the last moment.

Hoping to have another week perhaps 'thinking outside of the box' It's done me ok recently.

Matt Every seems like a decent pick so far though.

My three picks out so far are collectively +17, and that's without selecting Anthony Kim.

Matt Every will have made an absolute mockery of the yahoo game.
My first three players will be four shots each away from scoring a point. Even guys in the top ten will only score a handful of points.

No improvement in Friday's forecast.

Just glad he didn't get one more so at least all 4 of my players scored points.

I'm not complaining too much as he's in my team.
