No, it should be random. This isn't about who's got the best squad, it's storyline based, if you can't utilise your roster, it's your fault you are bottom.

As i said, it should be after the PPV as most people will have the first 4 weeks roughly planned, and those who are stuggling will have fresh talent to change things up in the second half.

i agree with the first one kb but i think it should be now as people might have all ready have things planned after the ppv , so would help them rearrange things

I see no harm in doing it now.

Just because I get allocated a few midcarders, doesn't change my feuds, unless I get a big name I might have a reshuffle, but it can only give me more options rather than lose options.

And if I don't like who I get, I can release them for cash.

agree Marky mate , we should do it now , it wont harm and if it does it could help place trades or you could get cash etc

I dont agree. I think it adds more to the experience by having it mid season.

i dont see the point of getting it mid season as we normal get are cash injection then instead which i would think should be midpoint and these guys now

I wouldn't mind it being mid-season, but as Bull says, we also get a cash injection at mid season, so this would just be a bonus and give everyone a couple of options.

If people have had to leave it shouldn't be open season, having it midway also gives them a chance to return or new managers found.

good point but would prefer for them to stick in stead of join and leave and if there is not any one found i think it should be we get there people as who knows how long it could take?

this would all so stop people from getting free points and possibly open up trading again since the starting few weeks

I dont want to rush into a decision, I would prefer to do whats best for the game as a whole. Obviously I would prefer to get 2 new GM's on board, but with tactics due on Friday, what do we do with the fixtures involving Steve & Jack this week?
If the other person gets a week off, they could lose out on league points.

I don't see why others should profit from people leaving, myself included. If others managed budgets correctly they would've had a chance to get those wrestlers.

i think its best to split it and go with the people we have as of now as i think its more stable Yi

Things happen in real life Bull. That takes priority over a game on here. I have no issues with Steve and Jack leaving. Its not just a case of giving up, but more important things taking priority.

i understand that YI , was just saying i think its more easy to have one league as i see there being more compertion and you could have a playoff like thing in it-

I have looked into one league and it wont work.
I do trust you guys not to tactically vote, but if we do one league then the voting must be transparent (i.e. on a thread) and that can lead to more problems than its worth.

I think keep it at 7 teams, then it's up to YI and Tooze to decide when a draft takes place.

Make sure you can Bull. Your up against me this week and I'd rather earn any points I win rather that the other guy forfit and hand the points to me, I had that happen quite a few times in season 1. You know if your still about now, why don't you PM yourself what card you are putting on this week you know to get the ball rolling. Also what's going on now in regards to the league's and this other roster? I'm planning on finishing my show tomorrow while I still have some free time so I don't want to be hanging around wasting time when I could be working on my tactics.

Whoever is facing Steve or Jack will face eachother this week so as not to lose any points. I will be PM'ing 8 random GM's for them to vote on that fixture.

Just had a couple of ideas floating round here. How about with 7 in each league, the odd one out from group 1 plays against the odd one out from group 2. I would think that the fixtures would need changing slightly but everybody gets a turn being the odd one in their group for 1 week. That fixture will then be the "Wildcard" fixture which means you could face anybody from the other league as its done at random. Now to vote you could either PM 8 other GM's or everybody votes on the wildcard fixture each week. I'd be happy to help out with the fixtures here.

If you are still looking at filling the vacant rosters, perhaps Hero & King could seperate and one take over one of the roster's for the sake of the league then perhaps get Mrs YI Man to take over the remainaing roster until somebody perminant can be found.

Hero and King dont have the time, thats why they are sharing one roster.

I would have thought so Twist if the fixtures have been sorted for this week. I'm only hanging back on mine because I'm not sure what's happening with other people's rosters yet. If we are having a draft and meaning a few will be coming to me, I'm going to have to do a couple of re-writes in the show. But go ahead and post your's...I will probably have a quick read now whilst I'm not busy.

Yes, if we cant fill the vacant rosters, then the people due to face Steve and Jack each week will face eachother instead.

If we do a draft, it wont be for a couple of weeks so its safe to continue with your tactics. Im leaning towards doing it the week leading to the first PPV.

I've had an idea for voting with 7 in each league.

Get rid of the fixtures, and have PPV style scoring but every week! If 7 shows are posted in Tooze's league, then everyone in YI's league ranks them from 1st to 7th, 1st gets 7 points down to 7th getting 1 point. A quick re-vote on Week 1's shows would get it all up to date, then it wouldn't matter about the lack of a fixture in each league.

For the PPV's, do the same format but double points (14 points for first down to 2 points for 7th).

It also eliminates any risk of tactical voting from the same league.
