Fantasy European League™ Foreign Transfers

Teams can only make ONE foreign bid at a time and cannot place another bid until the first transfer is confirmed.

To make a bid, managers are to make a cash offer on the foreign transfer with funds that they already have in their respective budget. Your bids will then be accepted/rejected by me. No player exchanges are allowed.

If an accepted bid was made before 4pm on that day and no other bids have been made for that player, then your bid can be confirmed at 8pm. If the accepted bid was made after 4pm it can be confirmed at 8pm the next day provided there are no other bids.

If it seems obvious that no counter offer will come in the window will be honoured but may be moved slightly.

Transfers must be confirmed before Tuesday 11pm for the player to be illegable to play that gameweek.

ALL TRANSFERS MUST BE CONFIRMED.

World Class player (Top 3/4 in position) - £25 - 30 million
Top class International (Established Int) - £20 - 25 million
International - £18 - 23 million
Top league player - £15 - 21 million

Barcelona, Real Madrid - 1 per week
Chelsea, Manchester City, Bayern Munich - 2 per week
AC Milan, Arsenal, Inter Milan, Manchester United - 3 per week
Juventus, Liverpool, Tottenham - 4 per week.

I think 20m is a fair fee for Navas, he's not been in form for a long time in RL, dropped fairly regularly from the national team and not just because of his phobia but just because he's not played well.

TBF it does say 'only one bid can placed at a time'. At a time isn't really that precise a unit of measurement

Yep, you need to wait until 8pm to confirm. You're correct Macclads, maybe I was a bit vague. Basically, a transfer isn't complete until it's confirmed, so you still have your 'one' transfer active at this moment in time.
