These are Smackdown and Raws biggest faces and heels in my order. Some of them are a stretch with the likes of The Usos but I don't think there is anyone else.
Now my questions to you -
Would this be the order your superstars are in? (feel free to correct me, missing someone etc)
How would you shake up the two rosters in order to create new feuds?

The distribution of star power is poor, their needs to be a real shake up once the WWE draft hits in April 27th...I think. Smackdown definitely need a big face such as Mysterio or Punk. Also, the mid card of smackdown is bad with the likes of Mahal, Dibiase and Hunico who are just uninteresting. Bring over the likes of R-truth and Kofi.

In terms of your choices, I would put Santino further up as hes over as hell. Also, Del Rio could be higher as he gets geniuene hate whether it shows off from the crowd reaction on TV or not.

Santino is more over than Punk and Cena combined, at the moment.

i think santino should move to 5 and ,del rio to 3

I take it you haven't included Undertaker since he hasn't wrestled for nearly a year.
