Grimm

Has anyone being watching this and if so what are your opinions of it?

For those of you who haven't it is about a Portland homicide Detective Nick Burkhardt as he discovers he is a descended from an elite line of criminal profilers known as "Grimms," charged with keeping balance between humanity and the mythological creatures of the world. Its kinda like a cop show mashed up with Buffy based on the creatures inspired from the Grimm Fairy tales.

I thought it was gonna be rubbish but I was surprised how quickly i've be drawn into it and I think its worth the watch if nothing else

It's well enough put together so far and a little darker in style than I thought it was going to be but certainly worth sticking around to see what happens. It will be how good the overall story is in terms of strength and depth that will make or break the show for me.

I have a feeling they will do an episode focusing on the Main story then a filler episode with some referrences to the main story etc etc, for the first season anyway so people will get hooked and want to watch the next Season

This is getting better with each episode , there really are some decent shows on at the moment .

The last few episodes have been brilliant, Munroe is quickly becoming my favourite

Yes , but the little moley guy was funny

They have swayed away from the main story the last few weeks so I say they will get back into it soon

Good episode lastnight but I hope they start getting back to the major story arch soon, I know we got a little mention last week with the Reapers warning the Captain but I hope they dont leave it too late to bring it back in

Yes ive enjoyed all the episodes so far but i would like a return to the main story , and as a Grimm is he going to start killing like his aunt did

I dont think he will unless they do a Evil Wessen vs Good Wessen/Grimm type undergound war type storyline

that could be good , i can see another Grimm not understanding the fact he doesnt kill

I hope they bring a badass Grimm into it next season and have Nick try to stop him killing and covering it up when he does so his secret doesnt get out

Last episode of Season 1 aired lastnight and what an ending, it left me wanting season 2 to start next week, I hope the next season was as great as the last one

Really enjoyed the season finale , Dicey i feel the same i cant wait for season 2 now

I was a top show and I was surprised at how much I enjoyed the 1st Season so many twists and sub-plots and in the end unanswered questions

Yes i liked the way the have left lots of plot options for next season and hopefully beyond . Dont want to spoil things for anyone who hasn't seen it , but there are a few characters who's parts could so easily grow .

I'm just glad I finally watched a US series that didn't get cancelled after ending Season 1 on a cliffhanger.
Grimm certainly improved the last few weeks after a few rather formulaic 'monster of the week' episodes.

I liked the monster of the week episodes because it brought you more into the world and introducted characters that would feature later

Grimm season 2 starts tonight at 9 on Watch

Yes i cant wait , this season looking at the trailer looks like it could be a lot darker

Yes it does, which is great in my eyes, they have already shown a few episodes in America

Yes we have been introduced to the monsters now its time to kick some butt

Lastnights episode was brilliant, they give you a few answers and a bit of the Grimm history then a few more questions and the little fight between Nick's ma and Munroe was hillarious

Yes really liked lastnights episode , got the feeling Nick's Mom will try and convince him to be less friendly

I say she will, which will put a strain on his friendship with Munroe and the shop girl. At first I thought she was there just for the coins or that she wasn't his mother but the friend that died with the father but she seems real enough lol

Would it not be easier for his partner if Nick just told him about the Wessen so he wouldnt go crazy

It looks like Nick is thinking of telling Hank at least something about his other life .
Liked the way Nicks mum isn't all she seems aswell , there's something going on

Great episode lastnight , this opens up some interesting things for Nick and Hank

I thought Hank took it waaaay to well, it would have been better if he moaned at Nick for lying to him when he was going nuts but hey everyone knows now, well except Nicks missus who cant remember him anyway it has been a great series so far

Yes i like they way the are building the Captain up aswell , will he turn out to be an enemy or an ally ?

I think the hexenbeast did something to him with that antidote she gave him, she was way to smug, but it's all building up nicely, the mother is still around with the coins and I think she knows that the captain is the Prince and know Nick knows there is a Prince in Portland so he'll be watching out as well

I have read about the Captains parents and its not straight forward

He's a Bar Steward son isn't he? the witch said something along those lines lastnight

I'm really enjoying this series more and more , now things are sort of out in the open as it were it has allowed the storyline to widen , i just wish Hank would stop asking " Is he Vesen ?"

Good first episode back

God Adalind Schade is evil yet sexy as hell

New Season starts tonight 5th feb at 9pm on Watch

Half way through the third series at the moment, speeding up nicely

only seen the open episode of the new series but it looks like it could be alot darker this time round

I'm hoping Nick is turning into some kind of Jekyll and Hide kind of character ie one good Grimm one bad Grimm who wants to kill everything
