Re: Did scot Williams ground the ball
Outrageous article - Williams' try was excellent and at least as valid as Strettle's.

Where's Pugh, Pugh, Cuthbert, Dibble and Grubb, and why are you the only one to be roll-called with your first name?
Is it because you is the driver?

Thanks for that iso, I think I'd have to see another angle as that one was inconclusive, it looked for a second as though he may have had his forearm between the ball and the ground...
You'd have to be an a55hole to rub that off though.

If I'd have known, I'd have had a whip round - found Miss Lovelace's FECKING Pekinese rats and chucked them bastewards on too.

No. No. No. This is a digital fraud combined with an optical illusion. You think you see the ball on the ground. But in actuality the ground you see is a reflection off the grass. The reflection makes it appear Williams' arm is not under th ball. The arm is there, but you can't see it. I have it on good authority from a mate at MI6 someone at the BBC digitally cleaned the replay in the three or four seconds between when the alleged try was scored and when the initial replay shown. I don't blame you for being taken in. So many people were..............Scoped wrote:Yes.

Ok, the angle from the side of the post clearly shows it grounded
It's a bit spooky from the other angles though.
I only posted as it was on the Welsh news earlier while I was eating my tea, I nearly spat my caviar across the room thinking that no one had spotted it hadn't been grounded.
I can now sleep easily.
Thanks for posting the link.

He had his hand under the ball, apparently its impossible to ground the ball if you have your hand under it...
