Writers Corner: Zack Ryder

So, I cant remember what we used to call it on 606, so ive renamed it to writers corner (for now) :)

Zack Ryder.

Currently languishing on Superstars (which as we know is going off air) and has various skits on SD! and Raw.

Just lately, hes been getting huge praise for his work on his Youtube page videos Z! True Long Island Story. If you havent watched them yet, go have a look some of the stuff he comes out with is brilliant.

He seems to be gathering momentum, but previously in the same character he didnt seem to go anywhere and was pretty much just jobbing to everyone and anyone.

How would you 'repackage' him? I mean, first of all does he need repackaging? For me hes always been an entertaining character and hes not back in the ring and on the stick. Was it that he just hasnt had the airtime to show what he can do?

How can the WWE push him into the mid card, and potentially further?

Feedback, Tatsu, 606, Rooftops etc etc.

Anyway, back to the OP.

Not a fan of Zach but I will check out the vid and get back to you.

I can't think of how to book Zack really...I'll have a think on it.

Two suggestions:

Go the comic route with Santino and have them tag team for a while (kayfabe injury to Koslov or something)

or

Make a love triangle between Ziggler and Vicky and have him feud with Ziggler - Ziggler to come out on top but it will allow Ziggler to break away from Vicky and give Zack and opportunity to wrestle on Raw and prove himself.

It was called "Booked" anyway for me Ryder should be back with Curt Hawkins, these guys are a modern day E&C and with Gabriel and Slater to work with could have some top matches
