The Wrestlemania Drinking Game

Sunday night, me my brother, and a couple of mates are getting together to watch WM28. The PPV has been ordered, beers are already in the fridge, the number for Domino’s Pizza is on speed-dial (they deliver until 5am in the morning! Legends!!) and most importantly we all have Monday booked off work.

One of my mates suggested to make things a little more interesting we should create some WM drinking rules. Does anyone here have any ideas for drinking stipulations? So far we have come up with:

• One round of shots to be consumed in the event of a match being won by a heel.
• One round of shots to be consumed in the event of a new Champion being crowned in any of the title matches.
• One round of shots to be consumed if anyone other than Booker T does a spinerooni in the 12 man tag match.
• The last person to take off a sock and put in on their hand , if/when Santino unleashes the Cobra must down their drink.

The more rules the better, and make them as random as possible!!

Drink anytime HHH/Taker/HBK hit a finisher on each other. You'll be smashed by the end of the event...

A shot everytime Twitter is mentioned!

If you fancy getting well and truly hammered:

One round of shots to be consumed whenever "Twitter" is mentioned.

I very much doubt you would make it to the Diva's match-up. Make sure you have A&E on speed dial as well

A shot everytime a graphic of Rock v Cena is shown.

A shot everytime 'Invincible' by Machine Gun Kelly is played.

A shot everytime there is a botch.

A shot for the appearance of any form of weapon - sledgehammer included!

Drink every time Michael Cole says 'Vintage'

A shot to be consumed everytime the gong rings during the Undertakers entrance.

Dunno whether he will be using that Johnny Cash song again though.

i like the idea of a shot per botch!!

not so sure about the Twitter drinking rule. as much as drinking games are fun i also want to be alive to see the outcome of the Cena-Rock match!!

Finish your drink every time Michael Cole starts shouting.

Drink everytime D.Bryan shouts "yes"

Lurk a bit on here but don't often post. However myself and a couple of mates are doing the very thing on the night of Wrestlemania. Some of these rules may be adopted but not all. It would be nice to be vertical by the end of the night.

So far our nailed on ones are revolvingaround Michael Cole.

[1] When Michael Cole mentions that the event is being watched worldwide in places like : The UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand etc

[3] Booker T says "Right Now" a lot. So every time he says "Right Now" 3 times in quick succession:

[4] When any comentator gets excited about a mediocre move i.e. a neckbreaker or a powerslam that could result in winning a macth. "Big Suplex here, going for the cover 1....2..... ohhhh near fall" Let's face facts a suplex is not going to win a match at wrestlemania.

[5] Cin Cara's absence has been something of a relief. We were going to drink a shot for every botch.

Thats what we have at the moment but I think I will add some of these other ones.

Bit of advice. Record Wrestlemania cause you're not going to remember it after the first watch.

down your drink whenever they show a backstage cena or rock in there dressing rooms warming up etc

Down your drink if Teddy decieds to make a suprise tag team match

Judging by all the above suggestions I think it's safe to say there are going to be quite a few sore heads come Monday!

My recommendation would be drink whenever anybody hits a finisher.

I imagine if you can't handle your drink you will most likely be collapsed on the sofa before the end of the team teddy/ johnny match!

surprisingly not too bad!! Was expecting to feel worse!! A few paracetamols, and a bacon sandwich have most definately helped!!

Going to re-watch WM28 now with a clear(ish) head, see if my overall opinion of the show changes.....
