Good job London can't catch us as for the last 2 weeks they been on fire, and isin't it typical that Rovers have still to play them!

I was a bit puzzled by Warringtons attitude lastnight , i expected players to be rested and for them not to be at 100% pressure because of next weeks Challenge Cup final and not taking anything away from London who deserved the win but Warrington have over the last few weeks got to within 1 point of Wigan then practically give away 2 points with a very lackluster performance .

I'm still in shock over Londons win on Friday night. I know the Wolves weren't at full strength, but neither were the Broncos. What might have been for the broncos this season if they had got rid of Rob Powell after 6 game.

No fixtures this week as its the Challenge Cup final on saturday between Warrington Wolves v Leeds Rhinos

Great, we get a week of from losing? Think that possibly Wakefield and Bradford could get in the top 8, with Huddersfield who have ben poor since about may missing out.

Think you could be right tiger , which would represent an even worse season for Huddersfield then ours

True Kenny, should be an interesting pre season at both clubs.

The problem I have with Bradford getting in, is that they spent up to the salary cap, go into administration, but have kept all there players, even going to RFL to pay there wages.
Now while I have alot of sympathy for Bradford fans, this just seems wrong to me.

Bradford 6 Hull FC 70.

Really didn't see that result coming, expected a close game, but opens a door for Rovers provided they beat Wigan today.

Wow... I got that tip horribly wrong. Bradford morale must be at an all time low.

Friday 7th September

Wigan 18 St Helens 26.

Good win for Saints, guarantees 3rd place for them, oh and an away trip to Warrington 1st up in the play offs.

Saturday 8th September

Catalan 50 Bradford 26.
Hull FC 36 Castleford 10.
London 48 Hull KR 42.
Salford 34 Wakefield 42.

Wakefield's win means that they qualify for the play offs, Bradford miss out.
Typical of Rovers, score 8 tries away from home, and still lose. If Widnes beat Warrington at home tomorrow Castleford Finnish bottom.

I was surprised we got so close to London to be honest .

Wakefield could cause an upset next week at Leeds given the roll they are on

Play offs start this weekend with Wigan v Catalans winner goes straight through with the loser getting a second bite at the cherry next week .

Think Warrington Saints , Hull should beat Huddersfield easily just not by a big score

Think Wigan,Warrington, Hull FC & Leeds will be the sides that win this weekend. Think the Leeds/Wakefield or Warrington/Sants will be the closest.

Qualifying play off.

Wigan 46 Catalan 6.

So Wigan go through to the semi finals after a fairly easy win, and also guarantee that they get the choice in this year's club call.
Catalans get a second chance next week, with a guaranteed home game.

Saturday 15th September

Warrington 6 St Helens 28.

Elimination Play off
Leeds 42 Wakefield 20.

Fantastic win for Saints, giving them next week off.
Wakefield become the 1st side nocked out, after running out stem following a fantastic Augest. Could Leeds win it again from 5th? Or St Helens get to there. 7th Grand final in a row?

Hull FC 46 Huddersfield 10.

It's hard to tell how good Hull were, as Huddersfield were dire, Hull were efficient more than anything else. Good to see Liam Watts approaching his form of a couple of years ago, though in the wrong shirt.
So next week it's if my memory right:
Catalan v Leeds, Warrington v Hull FC, both have the potential to be very good exciting games.

Hull could pull off a shock this weekend imo and im going for a Catalans home win

So Catalans crash out of the play offs, and Leeds keep there remarkable form in the play offs going.

Excellent result for Leeds lastnight , if Warrington beat Hull tonight then the ' Pick ' will be very interesting as i cant see Wigan fancying facing Leeds in the semi final

As Kenny says, this result makes the club call interesting, with Wigans choice be either Leeds or Warrington at home. I think they'll go with Leeds.

I have a feeling that it's going to be a repeat of this season's challenge cup final Warrington/Leeds,in the grand final. No disrespect to them, but I really hope that it's not Leeds/St Helens for the 5th time in 6 years. I think the best final would be Wigan/ Warrington.

Wigan and Warrington have been the 2 best teams all season so i would like to see them contest the final but dont think it will be .

Warrington probably have the better side and have played better all season but Leeds just seem to know how to win the Grand Final

Just feel Warrington better all round and Leeds luck in finals has to run out sometime, but then again I'm useless at tipping.
