Yep. Mentioned this in the worst dive thread, disgusting that he appeals for a penalty as well.

On a side note, i'm hating the reaction of the players when they've win a penalty nowadays. It never used to be celebrated as much.

Especially this mug who's running around like he's scored the winning goal, when all he's done is missed the ball and fallen over.

That was a shocker. Worse was the post match interview when Barisha brushed it aside with a 'that's just football' comment.

Very very poor decision.....

To be fair to the player I don't think he dives, more loses his balance as the ball runs away from him and he tries to shoot anyway. HOWEVER, his appeals for the pen and the reaction after being given it are frankly pathetic.

No chance is that a penalty, the contact isn't enough to warrant a foul and it's his air shot that causes him to fall over, the fact he appeals for it makes him to be a muppet.

Minimal contact and the player dives, wins the pen and celebrates like he's won the World Cup. Karma is a bitch though and he'll find that out soon enough.
