false advertiseing on raw?

on raw brock said that as an add on to his contract if he wrestles at extreme rules and signs the contract (which he did) then raw would be renamed monday night raw starring brock lesnar...........but he also said he wanted to appear when he wanted on his own terms........so the wwe will advertise a show starring brock even though some nights he wont be there at all..............isnt that false advertiseing?

or It Monday Night Raw starring Brock Lesnar on the nights he does show up.

I think if I remember rightly he said hed come and go as and when he wanted and when he was on the show it was to be called "starring Brock Lesnar"
